Touch Systems expands thanks to the Business Growth Programme (BGP)
Published on Saturday, 25 March 2017
Touch Systems, which boasts over 28 years of experience, is one of a growing number of companies in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (GBSLEP) area benefiting from the Business Growth Programme (BGP).
The company has used the funding to expand offices at The Pavilions Business Park in Cranmore, doubling its footprint.
Touch Systems Director, Richard Gamlin, Managing Director explained: “The BGP Grant has come at a perfect time in our development and will help us move forward much more quickly than first anticipated. Having larger offices will give us an ideal platform to manage our business growth.”
He added: “We have always been committed to recruiting local people to work in our organisation and now we can accelerate this and offer great opportunities to talented individuals to join our successful team.”
Councillor Ian Courts, Cabinet Member for Managed Growth and Deputy Leader at Solihull Council said:
“It is great to see the growth of local companies such as Touch Systems, supported by the Business Growth Programme and Solihull Council. We recognise finance is a key issue for businesses and this initiative provides a critical stepping stone to enable organisations to realise expansion and recruitment plans. I urge all local businesses to get in touch and see how they can benefit.”
