Annualised hours on a flexible rota covering shifts anytime between 08:45am – 19:00pm, including some weekends. The role will work 36 hours per week on average over the year, sometimes with more hours worked during peak periods, and less during our quieter times

7.5 - 7.5 Hourly Rate

Job Purpose
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a positive confident attitude, excellent communication skills and an exceptional phone manner to work in our Contact Centre and support our Resource Coordinator, located at the NEC.
Main Responsibilites
You will play an important role:
- Selling tickets
- Handling customer enquiries
- Keeping our customers happy
- You will be expected to provide a quality front line service, handling customer bookings and helping to resolve enquiries over the phone
- You will also again a vast amount of experience covering recruitment, payroll, rostering and our telephony system.
