Job Purpose

A multi award winning wine bar and wine shop based in Solihull.
The job initially will be general bar work, however after WSET wine training you will have a mixed role in the wine retail and bar area.

Main Responsibilites

- To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- To ensure customer delight within the bar.
- To assist in all day to day operations.
- A good knowledge of wine would be a huge plus, but not essential as full training is provided.

Experience and Skills

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks, however no experience is needed.

- A committed applicant is required for this role due to this being a permanent position.
- To have a great personality and passion when representing our multi award winning venue.
- Grooming and personal hygiene must be impeccable and dress code followed.
