Job Purpose
We have a host of exciting opportunities for Back of House Team members available at The NEC.
The moment you walk into our venues you'll feel a fun, welcoming vibe created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams. We're looking for reliable, committed individuals to join our team on a Casual basis
Main Responsibilites
- To clean and maintain hygiene standards in all areas as requested
- To keep clean all catering equipment within the area
- To follow verbal instructions from the manager
- To work in the allocated area, ensure all clean and dirty equipment is returned to the rightful area after use
- To follow all written guidelines with regards to the use of chemicals
- To comply with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- To deliver equipment and stock to areas as and when required
- To prepare and setup all front of house and back of house areas as required by following worksheets, function sheets, and instructions from Back of House Supervisor and management
- To continually monitor equipment reliability and advise the Back of House Supervisor of new and replacement equipment requirements
- To ensure that all storerooms are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition
- To establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other staff members
