Job Purpose

We have a host of exciting opportunities for Retail and Hospitality Team members available at The Utilita Arena Birmingham.

Main Responsibilites

1. Present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers.
2. Utilise your training and product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell to our customers at every opportunity to support in the delivery of our financial targets.
3. Resolve any customer challenges or ensure they are escalated in the appropriate manner.
4. Whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed food and beverage service skills, with experience within a catering environment
5. Have fun whilst working
