Job Purpose

The role is to provide professional customer service to Robins and Day customers who are ringing in via an inbound call. You will provide accurate, effective and efficient support to the customer journey. The role is very busy, varied and demands high standards of attention to detail.

Main Responsibilites

• Responsible for the start of the customer journey – as first point of contact into Robins and Day it is imperative that you provide the most professional service possible
• Manage all incoming calls within a timely manor
• To redirect the calls to the right departments, ensuring that the correct information is taken at the start of the call
• Take messages where appropriate – if you are unable to get through to the dealership – making sure all spelling and punctuation is correct
• To take a minimum of 150 – 200 calls per day
• To make sure all customers finish the phone call feeling as though they have received top quality customer service

Experience and Skills

The role needs someone who has a proven track record of dealing with customers in a Call Centre Environment. The right person for this role needs to be use to dealing with customers in a timely manor and be use to dealing with all different customer enquires.
