Job Purpose


IT Helpdesk Support

Main Responsibilites


IT Helpdesk support
To resolve IT issues over the phone and remotely
Taking first and second line support calls
Must be flexible
Must be interested in a varied role within an IT Company

Experience and Skills


Windows Server support
Windows XP to Windows 10
Router/Switch/Firewall configuration
Hardware knowledge
Excellent and patient telephone manner
