Job Purpose

KE247 Healthcare Staffing is actively recruiting Care Assistants to work nationwide. We are looking to recruit the right people who have commitment to assisting vulnerable people, with a passion to improve quality of life for those in need of support.

Main Responsibilites

• Assisting with personal care, dressing or feeding.
• Offer help on day-to-day living issues such as budgeting, shopping and benefits.
• Deal with residents’ families and home visits.
• Create and implement plans to help promote personal independence

Experience and Skills

• Caring and compassionate character.
• Experience ideal, but not necessary as training can be provided
• Flexible and adaptability.
• Excellent teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Well organised
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions on behalf of your client where necessary.
• Resilience
• Car Driver and owner (Desirable not necessary).
• Working towards Health and Social Care qualification, ideally Level 2/3
