Job Purpose

To study for and achieve a level 2-3 Apprenticeship in Adult Social Care

Main Responsibilites

Under the guidance of experienced Care Staff the position will involve supporting activities within the care home, such as:

providing personal care
Housekeeping
Enabling independent activity
Assisting with meals
Helping to organise leisure eactivities

Experience and Skills

No previous experience required, however applicants would be expected to demonstrate:
The ability to relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds
Communication skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure
