Job Purpose
To handle a diverse range of enquiries, via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, fax and Short Message Services (SMS).
Main Responsibilites
The post holder will be expected to work both on their own initiative and as part of team in order to handle and respond to routine and more complex enquiries.
To answer all enquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner, ensuring that customer needs are clearly understood and those enquiries are followed through to conclusion, through the use of effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.
To use initiative and problem solving skills to deal with enquiries via a range of communication methods including, telephone; email, Internet, fax and letter.
Experience and Skills
Experience of team working and working on your own.
Experience of using Microsoft Office, including, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Customer Service
Qualification
A relevant qualification in English and Maths at GCSE A-C or equivalent.
