McDonald’s Food Technology Challenge

Students gain valuable insight into the world of food production through videos and case studies, then get creative to solve a Food Technology challenge.  The challenge helps students get to grips with the stages of food product development.  Students need to think about the trends and lifestyle factors within their target audience before coming up with an idea for a new product and developing a full specification.
