Is an Apprenticeship for me?

Simply, an apprenticeship is a real full time job lasting at least one year with guaranteed training and a recognised qualification at the end of it. They suit people who feel ready for the world of work and want to start earning money, but still need help and support to understand and succeed in their chosen role. Previous qualifications and experience are often not necessary, as your employer will be training you in the skills required, and many apprenticeships offer up fantastic opportunities for career progression and development.

People with an Advanced Level Apprenticeship earn, on average, over £100,000* more than those without, over the course of their career. *London Economics Vocational Qualifications Research September 2011.
