Job Purpose

To provide a quality counter service to the Trade and general public

Main Responsibilites

Duties to include:
• Serving Customers
• Locating and presenting stock
• Updating computerised stock records
• Handling payments and returns
• Completing associated paperwork
• Answering telephones and dealing with customer enquiries

Experience and Skills

* IT literate
* Good customer service skills
* Good numeracy & literacy skills
