Job Purpose

Catering for the Leisure Centre, from breakfasts to hot meals and snacks.

Main Responsibilites

Responsible for the supervision of a small team of dedicated staff.
Setting up menus.
Maintaining a high standard of quality food presentations and service.
You will undertake a range of duties including: Cooking. Cash and credit handling. Ordering stock.
In addition: Administrative duties, including providing performance data and the submission of trading sheets, stock control and payroll documentation.

Experience and Skills

Previous experience of catering management and responsibility for staff would be desirable.
Must be approachable.
Understand and respond to the diverse needs of customers.
Must be flexible towards your working hours.
