Job Purpose

To provide coaching, support and guidance to young people with learning difficulties.

Main Responsibilites

To provide coaching, support and guidance to young people with learning disabilities.
To support Interns to learn their placement tasks and provide the necessary coaching, training and encouragement to succeed.
You will work closely with mentors on the host site to ensure they are supported and can confidently manage and train their intern.
You will facilitate their progression into paid employment by supporting interns to make direct contact with employers and by carrying out your own employer engagement.

Experience and Skills

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with experience of supporting people with disabilities as well as providing information, advice and guidance.
